Non-withdrawable and non-transferable:

Bonuses cannot be withdrawn or transferred. Attempting to do so will result in forfeiture.

Usage:

Bonuses can only be used on your Coinlocally Futures Account as collateral for futures trading. They can be used to open positions and cover trading losses.

Profit Withdrawal:

Profits generated from trading with a bonus can be withdrawn. However, the bonus amount itself cannot be withdrawn.

Order of Use:

Your own funds will be used first when opening positions. Bonuses will be applied only if your funds are insufficient.

Claiming Bonuses:

• After redeeming a Futures Bonus, it will be credited to your Futures Account.
• Check your bonus distribution under [Assets] → [Futures].
• Bonuses must be claimed via the [Claim] button during the availability period.
• Once claimed, the bonus is valid for a specific number of days as per promotion rules.
• If no qualifying trades are made within the validity period, the bonus will be forfeited.

Expiration:

• All bonuses have an expiration date. Expired bonuses are forfeited and not refundable.
• Claim your bonus before the claim button expires, or you will lose eligibility.

Eligibility:

• Only users enabled for Coinlocally Futures are eligible.
• Institutional clients, market makers, or hedge funds may be ineligible.
• Some bonuses require KYC verification to be claimed.

Multiple Rewards:

If you qualify for multiple promotions, only the one with the greatest benefit will be applied.

Forfeiture & Returns:

• Once forfeited, bonuses are removed from your account permanently.
• Returning an active bonus will reclaim it and make it unavailable for reactivation.

Integrity:

Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Regulatory Compliance & Jurisdiction:

• Bonuses and related promotions may be restricted based on jurisdiction, region, or user type.
• Coinlocally reserves the right to limit, modify, or cancel promotions in compliance with legal requirements.

Final Interpretation:

Coinlocally reserves the final right of interpretation for all terms and conditions related to Futures Bonuses.
