User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a binding legal contract between you, the end user ("User", "you"), and Coinlocally ("Company", "we", or "Coinlocally"). By accessing, registering, or using any services provided by Coinlocally, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the agreement and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

1. General Terms of Use

1.1 You agree to use the Coinlocally platform solely for lawful and legitimate purposes.

1.2 Access to services requires account registration and full compliance with the platform's policies and operational procedures.

1.3 Use of the platform implies unconditional acceptance of this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, KYC/AML policies, and any other posted procedures or notices.

2. KYC Requirements and Tiered Access

2.1 Coinlocally implements a multi-tier identity verification system:

Basic Tier (No KYC): Users may withdraw up to 10,000 USDT per day without completing identity verification. Suspicious activity may trigger mandatory KYC at the platform's discretion.

Advanced Tier (Full KYC): Users who provide valid identification documents, proof of residence, and biometric verification (if required) will be granted access to expanded services and higher withdrawal limits.

2.2 Coinlocally reserves the right to conduct re-verification or request KYC documentation at any time.

3. User Obligations

The User agrees to:

Provide accurate, updated, and complete information at registration

Use the platform only within the scope of legal and regulatory boundaries

Maintain the confidentiality and security of account credentials and private keys

Notify the platform promptly of any unauthorized access or security breach

4. Legal Restrictions and Prohibited Jurisdictions

4.1 Coinlocally adheres to international regulatory frameworks including FATF (Financial Action Task Force), AML, and KYC guidelines.

4.2 Users who are citizens or residents of OFAC-sanctioned or FATF-blacklisted jurisdictions (including but not limited to Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Sudan) are strictly prohibited from using the platform.

4.3 Use of VPNs, proxies, or location-masking tools to bypass jurisdictional restrictions is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Engaging in wash trading, spoofing, or market manipulation

Submitting false documentation or misrepresenting identity

Deploying malware, interfering with servers, or disrupting infrastructure

Harassing or threatening other users or platform staff

Listing or trading scam tokens or unverified financial instruments

6. Intellectual Property

The following actions are strictly forbidden on Coinlocally:

All platform content, source code, designs, brand assets, and underlying technologies are the exclusive intellectual property of Coinlocally or its licensors.

Any reproduction, commercial use, or redistribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Risks and Disclaimers

7.1 The User acknowledges that cryptocurrency markets are volatile and inherently risky. Coinlocally makes no guarantees regarding returns, asset appreciation, or market behavior.

7.2 Coinlocally shall not be held liable for:

Delays or interruptions in service

Regulatory changes or government actions

Security incidents beyond the platform's reasonable control

8. Suspension and Termination

Coinlocally reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts under the following conditions:

Breach of this Agreement

Detection of suspicious or high-risk activity

Regulatory compliance requests or legal orders

Where feasible, users will be notified via email and may appeal actions through official support channels.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1 This Agreement shall be governed under the laws of the Union of the Comoros.

9.2 Disputes will first be attempted to resolve via negotiation, followed by international arbitration, and if necessary, litigation in the competent courts of Comoros.

10. Amendments and Updates

Coinlocally may revise this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of services after such revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
